Your resume is your first impression to a perspective employer, Staff Reps will help ensure you have a clear, concise and informative resume to present. We can assist you with everything from resume templates to one-on-one resume building seminars. We will work with you to ensure you are submitting a strong and accurate work history that outlines your career goals with your own personal touch.

Preparing for an interview can be intimidating and we all need some guidance and practice to ensure we are accurately selling ourselves and our skills.  Staff Reps has many resources to help you walk into an interview with the knowledge, preparation and confidence needed to best represent you.  Of course, we will only put you forward for jobs that match your skill set and career goals, but doing your homework and being prepared are key factors for a successful interview and we are here every step of the way to assist you.

Offer of Employment

 

You are now passed the interview phase and an offer of employment has been made, congratulations, but we aren't quite finished.  Staff Reps will work with you to be certain you fully understand and agree to all terms and conditions outlined before signing back and committing to the offer of employment. If you are currently employed, we can assist with a resignation letter to submit to your current employer.  Staff Reps believes in building long lasting relationships with our candidates and our clients, and we know the importance of leaving on good terms.  We have the experience and abilities to help make the transition as smooth as possible.

What do I pay for your services?

As a candidate or employee, you will not pay for any of the services that Staff Reps provides.

How do I get paid as a temporary employee?

As a temporary employee you are brought on to Staff Reps payroll.  Our pay period is one week in length. Pay will be issued by cheque or electronic funds transfer on the Friday following the close of each pay period.  Our payroll system is set up electronically and your pay stub is emailed to you.
